Renovating your Bathroom

Starting with a water damaged bathroom  it’s hard to believe that this renovated version is the same room. A classic example of the damage that can be caused when wet and semi-wet areas aren’t sufficiently waterproofed at the building stage, the old bathroom was not only mouldy, the walls and floors had suffered structural damage.

To fix the problem - and ensure it didn’t re-occur in the renovated bathroom - the builders chose to line the walls with James Hardie Villaboard Lining, and for the floors, installed Hardiepanel Compressed Sheets beneath the brand new white mosaic tiles.

Because both products are made from James Hardie fibre cement, they’re resistant to moisture, rotting, cracking, fire and termites.
