James Hardie Home Show Competition

  1. Information on how to enter and the entry form under this promotion forms part of these terms and conditions. Entries not completed in accordance with these terms and conditions are ineligible.
  2. The Promoter is James Hardie New Zealand Ltd of 50 O’Rorke Rd, Penrose, Auckland.
  3. All entries in this promotion must be made by filling out an online registration or updating existing detail on www.thedrawingboard.co.nz or www.tvshowhomes.co.nz between Friday 27th August and 17 October 2010. No entries before, after or outside of these dates will be accepted.
  4. The promotion is at the Auckland Home Show on 8th to 12th September 2010 and at the Canterbury Home Show from 15th to 17th October 2010. The prize will be drawn on Wednesday 20th October 2010. The winner will be notified by telephone and / or email.
  5. The prize is an Apple iPad.
  6. The prize is neither transferable nor redeemable for cash. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications which may arise from the prize winnings./li>
  7. The iPad supplied is covered by the Applie One Year Limited Warranty.
  8. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss or any loss of profit) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking a reward, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
  9. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Promoter is final and binding and no correspondence shall be entered into.
  10. The James Hardie Home Show competition is open to homeowners (except employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, its associated companies, agencies and participating distributors) who are over 18 and are resident in New Zealand.
