Eighties Makeover

When we bought this villa it had had a bad 80’s makeover. A lick of paint modernised the bedrooms and a change of light fittings.

 

We took out the sad old green bathroom, lined the walls and then tiled, and we put in underfloor heating down and tiled them to. The kitchen was ripped out, we regibbed all the walls in the living dining and kitchen areas as they had sarking on them. We put in insulation to stop the drafts.
