Catching the Renovation Bug

The Titchmarsh family chose James Hardie internal linings to renovate their tired bathroom.  The products that they chose to use were Villaboard Lining for the ceiling and HardiGlaze Satin Lining to reline the bathroom walls.

When asked if they used a Builder or DIY, Anna replied “We chose a builder, we knew him and he was local, we knew he built to high standards and he was committed to getting the job done as best and as quickly as possible.”

The design and build process was a long one, they used their own ideas and the utilized their builders opinions on the layout and workability of the bathroom.

“Renovations are always noisy and messy,” says Anna, “but for us were lucky enough to have a second bathroom to utilise while the bathroom was being renovated.”  The renovation flowed pretty well, with them only having to wait on the plumber to complete the work.

“Our new bathroom looks great and is so easy to clean, we chose to use Villaboard Lining and HardiGlaze Lining because it was practical and it suited our lifestyle.”

The Titchmarsh Family are very happy with our new bathroom, “the products are very “hardy” and we’ll definitely consider building with James Hardie products on our next project.”

With the bathroom now complete and the family delighted with the result, they're turning their attention to other parts of the home; Anna said that “winning James Hardie products and renovating the bathroom has started the renovation bug.”
